Promotional Terms and Conditions

• Entry to the Promotion is available only to persons over the age of 18 who do not have any previous account with the ScratchGames (“Promoter”) at any of the Promoter's gaming websites. You may be asked at any stage to provide the Promoter with a proof of age and/or identity.
• The play bonuses will be given only once per household and/or per account, as per our terms of use. If a second account is opened it will be closed and all play bonuses and winnings may be cancelled. In the event that ScratchGames deems in its absolute discretion that an entrant has violated these terms and conditions in any way, including without limitation by multiple registrations for the Promotion, or has executed any other act in bad faith in relation to the Promotion, such entrant shall be excluded from the Promotion and therefore become ineligible to win the Bonus. In the event that the ScratchGames believes an entrant is abusing or attempting to abuse the Promotion, then the ScratchGames may, at its sole discretion, deny, withhold or withdraw from such entrant the Bonus and any subsequent accumulated winnings.
• In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these Standard Promotional Terms, any applicable Specific Promotional Terms and the Conditions of use, the Specific Promotional Terms shall prevail, followed by these Standard Promotional Terms, but only to the extent necessary to resolve such conflict or inconsistency.
• ScratchGames reserves the right to review transaction records and logs at anytime, for any reason whatsoever. If, upon such review, it appears that player/s are participating in strategies that the casino in its sole discretion deems to be abusive, we reserve the right to revoke the entitlement of such player to the promotion.
• In the event of a dispute, all decisions made by ScratchGames will be final.
• All promotions or bonuses, winnings and/or accumulated winnigs may be cashed out only after you have wagered at least 20 times (x20), if not stated otherwise, the total bonuses received and, you have made at least one approved deposit into your account. For example you must wager $200 before cashing out if you have received a bonus of $10.
• ScratchGames reserves the right at its sole discretion to revoke the Bonus and any accumulated winnings of any entrant not fully meeting the wagering requirements mentioned above and/or not making a deposit into his/her account.
• In order to be eligible to receive the Bonus all entrants must register for the Promotion with valid and accurate personal details (full name, address, email and telephone number). Should the Promoter deem in its sole discretion that any of the registered information that an entrant provides to the Promoter is untrue, inaccurate, misleading or otherwise incomplete, such entrant will not be eligible for the Bonus. In the event the Bonus has already been paid out by mistake, such money and any accumulated winnings shall be immediately revoked by ScratchGames.
• The winners of the Bonus may be requested to send their photos to ScratchGames and shall fully cooperate with the ScratchGames representatives in such regard.
• ScratchGames decision is final with respect to all matters relating to awarding of the Bonus and shall not be subject to review or appeal by an entrant or by any third party.
• ScratchGames reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions at any time and in its sole discretion.
• These terms and conditions and any matters relating hereto shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Costa Rica and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Costa Rica courts.
